Shipping Information: We take pride in our high-quality hydrofoils and parts, which are proudly manufactured in Jackson, GA. Once your order is processed, we will ship your products promptly to the address provided. Shipping times may vary based on location and availability, but we aim to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner.
Return Policy:

Return Eligibility: Customers can return products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition (unopened and unused). Custom-designed graphics and custom-built boards are non-returnable unless defective.

Restocking Fee: Please be aware that all refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable service to return your products, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing: Refunds will not be issued until the returned products are received and inspected in their original condition.

Damage Claims: Any damage or defects in your order must be reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery. If you find any damage to your products, please contact us immediately with details and pictures to file a claim.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us directly. You will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return when reaching out to us. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
